I want to open a TAC case for CS Manager, I need a Serial number how i can find it.

The serial number of your software should written on the box in which you have received the CSM DVD.

Please call CIN at +32 2 704 5555, they may be able to help you find alternate methods to get the serial number, else contact your account's manager.
