CSC-SSM-10 in ASA unresponsive

My CSC module suddenly went unresponsive the other day.  I tried rebooting the ASA, cold booting the ASA, removing and inserting CSC module.  Nothing of this brought it backup.  Next I tried a recovery.  While attempting to execute the recovery I issue the "debug module-boot" command and I get zero output from the debug command.  It seems like the CSC is really, really dead.  Is there anything else I can try?

If you have tried everything as said in the post, then the only other option is to RMA it.

Yes, unfortunately it is looking more and more like that is going to be my only option.  I just thought it so odd that the module would just die like that.  I was hoping someone would come up with a different idea or technique to revive it.
