csc-ssm license

Hi,

I have a csc-ssm installed and i am facing a problem. The license has expired and since yesterday some sites works fine and some other doens't.

Cisco saids that if the licenses expired you will continue having internet access but without filtering.

But the problem that we have is that some sites works and some other doesn't.

Does anyone have a clear view of this problem?

When did the license expire?

What do the working and non-working sites have in common?

I assume you have tried to bypass the csc.

The license has expired before 6 days.

For example, www.gmail.com it doens't work but www.yahoo.com it does. They don't have any common. The same appears also in some other sites.

When in service policy on ASA change the policy (from "match" to "Do not match") everything works fine!

Try to access a couple of websites, one that you know works and other that doesn't.

Then provide the logs from the csc from that period of time.
