Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my new Cisco Security Manager. I installed the server on a Microsoft Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1. The Software was installed on Drive E:
Now I want to change the admin password which was set during the installation. I found out that I must use the resetpasswd.exe which should reside here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\CSCOpx" but unfortunately this directory is completly empty.
I was able to locate a file named ResetPasswd.pl here: E:\Cisco Security Manager\bin but I it´s not the .exe I was looking for.
If I start a Windows search after "resetpasswd.exe" on the whole computer I get now result.
Does anyone have a tip for me?

Hi Hagen,
From CSM software version 4.3 onwards, the resetPasswd.exe is replaced with resetPasswd.pl.
You'll find it in the C:\Progra~1\CSCOpx\bin\ dirctory and it can be used as shown in this picture:

Nicolas

Hello.
Try in the CSM\bin folder.
Regards.
