Anybody is using the new ticket management included at csm 4.3 with ticketsystem ASSYST ?
If yes, what are the parameters at csm 4.3 ?

I am not too sure about Assyst. Assuming it is a web based solution, click on the ticket details and see what url the browser shows. if it is something like http://myassyst.mycompany.com/ticket-id=SR00434?mobile-site=F you just enter
http://myassyst.mycompany.com/ticket-id={0}?mobile-site=F for the url in Administration --> Ticket Management --> Ticketing System URL form item
