CSS 11503 not represented in Campus Manager

I used IP ofthe CSS circuit VLAN as the seed device for discovery. The campus manager is able to reach the CSS. However, it is not represented in the network map. I can only see the CSS being represented as a grey box with the CSS IP only. Anyone have any idea?

What version of Campus Manager and IDU are you running? Have you verified your SNMP RO community strings are correct?

I upgrade the Campus Mgr 3.3 with IDU5.0. I managed to see the CSS. However, I only managed to have the CSS get connected when I enabled the connection to the core switch via CSS Ethernet_Mgmt interface with CDP enabled.

Can't the Circuit VLAN in the CSS which already have a direct connection be used for this purpose?

Secondly, the hostname is displayed as "Support" from the network map instead the actual hostname. Very funny!!
