Custom Security Intelligence list in FMC 7.0.1.1

We are having an issue where it looks like the MSN newsfeed was being blocked by either my IP or URL custom security intelligence list. This in affect locks up the taskbar on Windows 10 PCs. Has anyone run into this before? Would I be able to establish a rule that would let MSN newsfeeds through? Maybe a trusted rule in my access control policy?

First you need to find if its the SI that is blocking it

Do a packet-tracer for the IP/URL of the feed and check the result. If it is indeed being blocked by SI

Verify the connection events or Security Intelligence Events and find the log for the rule you gettingh denied for.
right click the url/ip of the feed and whitelist it, it will not block it again

Thanks
