Defense Center 750 download an mount iso error

Hello everyone

Today I have a weird error during the iso transfer with a Defense Center 750. I'm making the reimage process for that firesight appliance because it had the 5.4.0 software, I start the download and mount ISO step, but the file transfer stop and now I'm only waiting, I don't see errors on the firesight and I don't see errors on the ftp connection.

Please, can anyone help me?

Now the transfer was aborted by the firesight appliance and the connection with the ftp server too.

I post all the pictures to see the errors.

Hi everyone

The problem with the update was with that FireSIGHT Defense Center 750 model. That DC750 did not have enough memory to be able to move to version 6. If someone else has this problem, they can request the memory directly from Cisco without cost:
