Discovering primary/standby asa in management software

Hello Experts,

I was wondering if we can discover primary and stadnby asa with 8.4 version in the managment software as community string gets copied same on the standby device as primary.

In this case I can discover only 1 firewall.

Please help if there is any way.

Yes, you can do this if you define a unique standby address on the management interface. For example:

interface management0/0

  ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 standby 192.168.1.2
