Does ASA 5505 support FTD or Firepower services

Hi All

1.)We are using Cisco ASA 5505 with Security+ license. is it possible to use firepower module or new FTD in 5505 model.

2.)if not how much it should cost for vFTD and vFMC. does vFTD will support all features.

3.) we have 6 ASA 5505 now want to use IPS functions so what is the best possible option as of now?

1.  No - not at all. 

2. vFTD and FMCv together support all the same IPS features as FirePOWER module on an ASA. They would not have 100% feature parity with ASA features (even besides the obvious like no PoE ports). Cost is best discussed with your reseller as it varies according to features licensed and the term of the licenses 1, 3 or 5 years).

3. One would have to know more about your current deployment to answer that well.
