Hi Im Pretty sure this is not possible but would like to know if it is possible to use a Cisco ASA 5516-x with Dual Wan.ISP would be Say Virgin media and Talk Talk and do Full Load Balancing and WAN Failover both Internal and External
i know we cand setup routes based on Destinaction IP address/Port number for internal Traffic but this would not be possible for External Traffic?
For example like you can do with the Draytek Routers
Would we be able to do this with the Cisco RV340 and have the ASA In Transpaernt mode?
but then the Cisco Router would be Doing the NAT and VPN Tunnels etc

You can do different approach
You have some network route via Virgin and Failover to Talk Talk
Another network route via Talk Talk and failover Virgin
Since you required NATting here you need to be very clear what to NAT. If you BGP arrangement with ISP, then that is different design case here.
RV320 the same way you can do as mentioned above.
ASA Transparent mode, there is no routing, so this is a bump on the wire.

Thanks
I'm Guessing the routing would be static by traffic or destination
Natting is no issue so thats fine
The issue we would mainly have would be for External Traffic IE VPN or RDP Access for the remote users so some users us one line and others use the other
Static routes wouldnt be an option as the remote uses don't always have Static IP address or access via hotels/Cafes
usign the RV320 Would be an idea but we wouldnt be able to really use the ASA as it would be in transparent mode and would Over complete the design
they current have this feature with the Drayek 2962
