Hi Ta,
I checked with the attachments and the show version on your pix and here are few things i would like to bring to your notice that you are running incompatible version of PDM with your Pix OS. Compatibility is as follows:
Pix OS 6.0 & 6.1 --> PDM 1.x
Pix OS 6.2 --> PDM 2.x
Pix OS 6.3 --> PDM 3.x
You must upgrade your pdm to 3.0(4) which is available on:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/pix
You can download this image free provided you have valid CCO or Cisco.com account with us.
Upgrade informaiton can be got from:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/iaabu/pix/pdm/v_30/pdm_ig/pdm30ch3.htm

Pix OS 6.3 --> PDM 3.x
So I think I have the above so I need to move to PDM 3.x
Would the customer need to pay for this upgrade or simply register as a user and than can download it I will have to read up on the process how to do so for the upgrade.

Hi Ta,
Yes, you need to install pdm version 3.x... 3.0(4) is the latest available on download site.
Depending up on the contract your customer would be having a Cisco.com (CCO) UserID. Now again it depends on the privilege level of the Cisco.com UserID whether you would be able to view the files on download page or not. This privilege level depends on the kind of contract you purchase. If you do not have such privilege level to view files on download page but able to open TAC Cases, you can request for the PDM image and that can be published to you and a link will be sent to your e-mail address. So using your cisco.com account you can download the file. The file will remain on our ftp server for 3 days for you within which you have to download the image...else have to get it published again.
More information on Cisco.com account can be got by calling GCC at 1-800-553-2447 toll free.

It looks like that you might require TAC assistance on this one. Please send an e-mail to tac@cisco.com with your company details, contract details and PIX serial numbers.
Note: Do not forget to add the "show version" command output to this e-mail.
Cheers...
Prashant Chauhan.
