enable secret line

if i am putting this command on router, router is not allowing me to login. i need to crack password , so i am asking "why we can't login in router is there any other option to login then please tell me either there is anyone option to crack your password .

(config)#enable secret line

(config)#username admin password Abc###707

Hi,

You can perform password recovery depending on your router model.

Example for 2900

You should be able to login using the username admin and password "Abc###707". However, if you type enable after login, you need to use "line" as password as you add the command

enable secret line

"Enable secret " is better than "enable password" but, at the ened, itdoes the same thing. The first creates an enable password in hash mode and the second creates in clear text mode.
