Solved: Re: Failed to Generate Report on FMC

hi guys. need your advice regarding below issue.

We tried to create a Report Template to generate a 1-month report on our active firewall, for several report sections:
a. Connection events
b. Intrusion events
c. Malware events
d. Vulnerabilities

However, when clicked on Generate button, it shows failed. file is empty or is not available to view.

We tested on Cisco dcloud lab for the same setup, no issue to generate the report. Not sure whether its a bug or not, since i couldn't find any known bug with similar symptom for this current version. Any idea?

FMC: 7.0.4-55
FTD: 6.6.5

update:

finally user able to generate the report! we tried to edit the report template but not sure why FMC not allowed to change the existing template, so we created a new one with similar setup and surprisingly report managed to be generated even with 10,000 maximum results. maybe it's a glitch idk but issue has resolved! thanks!
