Hello,
I am using a FirePower 2110 and created a new admin account (myadmin) besides the pre-defined admin account (admin). I was able to login using both admin accounts; the pre-defied (admin) and the new one I created (myadmin). To follow our ISO's sec policy, I went ahead and disabled disable the pre-defined admin account. When I tried to login to the FCM, neither account was accepted.
I need some assistance to re-enable the pre-defined admin account of the FCM (FirePower Chassis Manager).
Much appreciated.
Best, ~zK

Unfortunately, I was able to and that's why I am in this predicament!

The built-in admin account should not be disabled. You may need to open a TAC case to get it back.

It appears that way as I've not been able to find any Cisco documents related to this issue.
Thanks, Marvin!

I was able to get the admin account working again by simply rebooting the firewall. Though I was able to deactivate it because when I was on the FCM, I disabled the account and the command was accepted. I logged out and, then, tried to log back in again but I was denied. I rebooted the firewall and tried to login to the FCM using the default admin account and was able to log in.
Thanks everyone.
