The system must be either in a. Evaluation mode or b. Smart licensed. If it is smart-licensed (as yours sems to be), then you must successfully complete the registration by using a token from your smart licensing portal instance at software.cisco.com.

You can change Wan IP and you need to change also
1-NAT for mgmt
2-DNS if you use DNS of ISP

As the error message indicates, you need to allow access from the management interface on the FTD to the internet (more specifically tools.cisco.com). If this is already in place then run a packet tracer on the FTD to verify the traffic is allowed through the firewall and also verify connectivity to the default gateway and internet via ping / ICMP.
