FIREPOWER / ASA in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if any of you have experience on deploying FTD or ASA in Google Cloud Platform or eventually what is Cisco's offer in terms of Firewall in cloud infrastructure.

In case I would appreciate any suggestion on the deployment, we are are considering a Shared VPC and Google integrated Firewall capabilities IMHO looks good mostly for intra-cloud traffic but not for hybrid connectivity (where I would deploy an ASAv or an FTDv).

In case I will not find a suitable use case I will have to give a try with Palo Alto that is on Google marketplace (odd that Cisco is not so present in Google's marketplace...)

Cisco does not currently offer a firewall in GCP environments.

AWS and Azure are your Cisco cloud firewall options at this time.

That's unfortunate, I will look into Palo Alto then, probably this may trigger in a certain time a shift from Firepower to Palo Alto on our on-premises sites.
