That's the SKU for a 5 year AnyConnect Plus license. As of 4.0, the old AnyConnect Essentails and Premium (and other various AnyConnect add-ons) are replaced with Plus and Apex. Plus includes the old Essentials features and Mobile support as well.
There should also be a line item in the order for the number of users since the new model is a per user term subscription whereas the old one was limited only by the platform size for Essentials licenses and had no expiration (term). Something like "AC-PLS-5YR-25-S".
