FMC 6.2.2.2 to 6.2.3 , policy deploy fails to devices

Hi

After upgrading FMC (appliance) from 6.2.2.2 to 6.2.3, im unable to deploy policies to our FP2130 running 6.2.2.4, and 5525-X running 6.2.2.1

All of 6.2.2.x should be "manageable" by FMC 6.2.3. So to my understanding i should be able to deploy the policies to the devices ? To me this seems to be a requirement ? before i can upgrade the devices. Or can i just continue upgrading the devices and then deploy policies ?  I plan to upgrade them to 6.2.3 before a new upgrade of FMC to 6.2.3.10, and devices to that same version after.

I get the following error  : "deployment failed due to configuration error if problem persists after retrying contact cisco tac"

That does not say much about where the fault is.

Would really love some input around this upgrade.

Yes your 6.2.2.x devices should be manageable and take policies deployed from your 6.2.3 FMC.

If you're having an error after your FMC upgrade, I'd recommend contacting TAC before proceeding further. Doing additional upgrades without resolving the issue at hand may make troubleshooting the root cause even harder (or impossible).
