FMC bandwidth report based on source/destination IP

Is there a canned report or can I build one that shows bandwidth usage on a per IP basis?  I am looking for a "top talkers" type of report so I can see who or what is using bandwidth.

That sort of report isn't really something FMC or Firepower does well, if at all.

It's generally much easier to just export Netflow to something like PRTG and then you will have a very simple canned report that you can access with very little trouble. For this purpose you could run the free PRTG version on just about any Windows machine.
