Hi,
my customer installed the Firesight Management Center Vmware Image v6.0.1. After that I accessed the system with https://192.168.45.45. The first message I got from the webfrontend was the message you can see in the picture, I attached.
Domain Switching Error / Unable to reach server. Reload this page and try again.
Does somebody know, what that means? Is that a problem or shouldn´t I care about it?
Regards
Sebastian

Hello Team,
This clearly indicates the database error in the device. The best way to resolve the issue is to redeploy (reimage ) the device once again so that it will create a new database without any errors. Otherwise you need to open a TAC request to truncate the session table. The best way i would suggest is to redeploy rather than waiting for the escalation and keep on repairing corrupted database

Hello Team,
The session tables got corrupted and due to which the CPU resources may be going high.
Once during the redeployment , please refer the following guide as well as the 6.0.1 release notes and make sure all necessary resources and requirements met.
