FMC integration with Active directory

Hello, I am trying to integrate an Active directory to my FMC in a laboratory and when I try to download the groups/users, it gives me the following error

which seems strange to me since, add the active directory server correctly and I get the user groups here

if I give it to synchronize I get the added server but I don't get the user groups

Have you configured the correct AD domain on the FMC side? I mean, is this domain associated directly with the AD you are trying to integrate or is it a forest trusted AD? or a UPN?
