FMC Outside to Inside DMZ

Have FMC 2600 FXOS v2.10.1 build 75 managing FTD 2140 v7.0.1 Build 84

Have an  Inside Server and it has to be access from the Internet (any).

The Inside IP Address has to be natted to one public IP Address,  access through 4 specific ports  (2 TCP  and 2 UDP).

Any recomendation?
