FMC recommended rules configuration for default IPS policies

I can't seem to find a way to get to the recommend IPS rules configuration screen unless I have created a custom policy.  Does this mean there is no way to configure recommended rules for the default IPS policies?

In general there are some recommendation, but some business may not work, some may work. may have some nagative impact, so suggest always create own as monitor to strick policies.
