Hi,
FMC 4500 recently upgraded to 7.0.5.
When I navigate to System>Updates I face some slowness in the webpage response. I believe (I could be wrong) this is due to the fact that we have multiple versions of VDB (~31 updates) on the FMC and I would like to remove them and keep the latest one Ver 361 to check if the behavior gets improved. Is it safe to remove old VDB files on the FMC? because as per my understanding, those updates are cumulative.
Also, anyone else noticed such slowness in this particular webpage?
Edit:
I have removed all files from updates page, now I only have one VDB, FMC and FTD images there. The page is still slow but it's better than before (from 1.3 minutes) to (42 seconds).
I will try to reload the FMC and see if this behavior gets changed.
Thanks!

check the disk space first, and reboot the FMC since it is a management box only, still having issues?

Once you have installed the latest VDB update, you can delete it and all previous ones. They are indeed cumulative.

Update:
The only modification I did was removing the old VDB files from the FMC, along with old software packages.
The response time has been improved to 6.6 seconds now without any FMC reload.
It's also worth to mention that I nearly finished the upgrade (not sure if this has impact on the page loading time) out of 149 FTDs there are are 4 FTDs left to be upgraded.
