Please log in the FMC via ssh and copy de debug information. I had the same issue but need to see the trully error to try to help you.

Hi,

If your FMC is in 6.2.1 and you are trying to upgrade to 6.2.3 then install below file for upgrade.

Sourcefire_3D_Defense_Center_S3_Upgrade-6.2.3-92.sh.REL.tar

Hi that is the file which you need to use for upgrade and dont extract it. Dowload this upgrade package and try again.
Sourcefire_3D_Defense_Center_S3_Upgrade-6.2.3-92.sh.REL.tar
