Hi,

Your sensor is on newer version than FMC. Without upgrading FMC you cannot add it or you need to downgrade the sensor to 6.2.1

Below is the compatibility matrix for your reference that FMC can manage the device versions.

What versions are your FMC and all managed sensors on?

there is a way to fix this with least effort possible but I will need to know your current version in use.

Did you upgrade the FTD to v6.2.3 directly on the box and not via the FMC?
