Dear All,
I have a Firepower 2110 FTD version 6.3, and managed by FCM virtual appliance version 6.2.3.
I test back up by the FCM web > System > Tools > Backup & Restore.
Backup without event data successful, and downloaded a copy to local computer.
Changed some configuration and deployed to Firepower 2110.
Then restore the Backup by FCM web > System > Tools > Backup & Restore.
After about 10 minutes, the web page changed to "System processes are starting, please wait".
I have waited for 1 hour with same result, and perform reboot on the FCM virtual by command line.
Same message appear on the login page.
I have checked the Restore log, and the last part of the log show "Error while applying restored system policy".
How to fix it?
Anyway to restore again the backup by command line?
