FMCV Licsense and suport renewal

Currently we are using FMCV to manage 2 FP-7120. Now the renewal time appoarching. But i did not get information about the part number for FMC license and support renewal . Is  FMC is Subscription or Perpetual.   if it is Subscriptional any one can help me on the renewal and support part number to prepare RFP as we cant renew direclty.

FMC License is perpetual to manage the devices.(as base) if you other addons those subscription based.
