FP1140 running ASA from the factory unable to connect

I have 2 brand new fp-1140-asa appliances, MGMT ports get IPs via DHCP.  Console ports are connected to our known working console server (9600-8-N-1) and I can't get into this box on either.

MGMT IP https gives me the ASDM page and I have tried all the username/password combinations Cisco advertises and none of them work.  admin/sourcefire admin/Admin123 admin/Adm!n123

Console shows nothing as well on either box.   I am stuck as these are remote boxes and no way for me to physically access them.  Has anyone run into this problem before?

Welp I was able to login via ASDM with no username/password.  Blank for both, how that is even possible I have no idea but there isn't even an admin username configured on it.  Console port still doesn't work and have no idea either.

I did not even see that and I think I did look for ASA initial setup as well (I have done a ton of those).  So when you order an FP appliance with an ASA part number it already comes running ASA code?  I thought I had to install ASA code once I got the new boxes but I guess that is only if the box is already/currently running FP code?

Or at least that is what a guy that no longer works for me told me.
