Hi dears,
when entered the switch to universal P L R from F D M (Firepower Device Manager) , and copy the request code to smart license reservation, appears error as shown the attached image. how to enable !!

As it says in the messages, Cisco must first enable PLR for the Smart account. There is an approval process for that which must be managed by Cisco - it's not automatic nor is it self service.

You need to contact your Cisco or partner account manager directly. Note that PLR is typically authorized only for government or organizations that for legal or regulatory requirements cannot have Internet access. It is not approved based solely on individual preference to have it that way.
