The first SKU is the "unlimited" license for FireSIGHT Management Center VM. (except that the Virtual FMC is limited to 25 managed devices).
The second one is licensed to manage 2 devices only.
They are otherwise functionally the same.
The first one lists for US$10,795 and the second one for US$500. (not including optional Smartnet maintenance contract) :)
