Good Day All,
Currently my client is facing months of FMC High CPU Usage of more than 95% constantly.
However there is slowness being observed from the management dashboard to deploying policies to multiple sites. We have engaged TAC support, but TAC has concluded that the issue is a cosmetic concern and there is no ETA on the fix that is made available.
Apart of disabling the CPU Usage health monitor, is there anything that can recommend my client to perform?
FMC Type: FS3500
FMC Version: 6.2.1
No. of Sensor: 10
We were given a bug/defect for this cosmetic issue by TAC: CSCvg02213
Finally TAC said to us that "this cosmetic issue will be fix if we upgrade the FMC version"as this statement was highlighted to us when the FMC was in 5.4.x
Any clue on how should we proceed?
