FTD doesn't load backup on remote storage even if configured.

Hello everyone

As the title says, we have multiple FTDs managed by an FMC and when I try to generate a backup for them, this will remain stored locally inside the FTD.

The remote storage seems to be configured properly as when I test it through the "test" button, it returns a success.

Also, in "backup Management" -> " managed device backup" it shows the storage location which it's pointing to.

Nevertheless any backup ends up with no file loaded into the remote storage and I can find it locally in /var/sf/backup

In the meanwhile I've temporarily checked "retrieve to management center" and downloaded it from there, but I would like the remote storage mechanism to work

thanks
