FTD-Restore Backup

Hello to everyone

I have a FTD 2110 and when after restore a backup either with FMC or SCP Server .

FTD mark as offline in FMC .when ssh to FTD all of configuration is restored and that is OK .

I cannot find any solution for this problem

Waht is the reason of restore config ?

Is the 21XX Box failed and you got RMA and you are restoring the FTD config. if you replacing the Device, you need to do basic configuration of the config for the Management interface before you restore the config from FMC.

the reason is when delete FTD from FMC and re added to it , Routing on FTD removed .

restore backup to FTD for routing come back to FTD 

 my FTD have OSPF routing to Core switch . when delete and re add to FMC . all of routing is removed .

what is mean offline on FMC ?

what is mean offline on FMC ?  -- Means FTD no in communication with FMC.

FTD check show managers and see is this registered with FMC.

You can add the routings manually to mitigate the issue.
