Give 80/TCP Access

Hi All,

               I have a request to open http port from the below addresses , we have route already in place and phones work as they should...but they cannot access the phones gui from their end... So am i right thinking its juts a matter of creating an ACL on the outside interface coming inside with http service and a net rule?? anything else or any other way that im missing?

REQUEST :To  access phone GUI , Please open 80/tcp from the following addresses 192.168.60.100 , 192.168.60.166 192.168.228.107

The provided information is not enough to understand and provide solution. You should provide full configuration along with the traffic direction ( like from where are the client and where are the Phones/Server) and if possible a brief diagram.
