Hi Team,
Please help me we are able to register base license into FTD (FTD into HA) we got mentioned error(screenshot)
Please note secondary device currently not working fine.

What is your hardware type and software version?
From where are you initiating the registration?

FTD:-1140
version :-6.5.0
we are login into primary FTD and go device then smart license then register then paste tokan then apply

@sachinsharma you must also log into the Secondary device and register it separately. Both devices require licenses and registration.
I'd also strongly recommend you upgrade to at least version 7.0.4/7.0.5 or 7.2.1. Your version 6.5.0 is quite old and past end of software maintenance.

The secondary device not working we done mentioned step but still we are not able to register the primary device.
internet over there also we are able to ping tools.cisco.com also

take token from smart account and go to primary device - smart license - paste token -apply

You also said "secondary device currently not working fine". So neither device is able to register?
When you ping tools.cisco.com are ensuring that you using the management interface ("ping system tools.cisco.com")?
You may also be encountering this issue which prevents 6.5.0 from registering at all:
