help,pix can't save config!

if I use "config t" or other config commands,pix(ver 6.21) tells me that :

****WARNING ***

configuration replication is not performed from standby unit to active unit.

configuration are no longer synchronized

my pix is pix515ur,and no fail over,just one pix

why?

It sounds like failover may be configured. What does show failover say?

You could post your config, with password lines removed.

It sounds like you are trying to change the configuration on the PIX that is currently in Standby mode.

What may have happened is that you experienced a failover and what is normally your primary active unit is currently in standby mode.
