How do I enable 2 gigabit interface on ASA5510-sec-bun-k9?

hi guys

my ASA5510 has been Security plus licensed, but I cannot find which is gigabit interface. Who can help me enable them, thanks.

Ethernet0/0 and Ethernet0/1 can be configured as gigabit ports. You can set the speed of these interfaces using the speed command in interface configuration mode.

Please note that interface would still show as "Ethernet0/0" & "Ethernet0/1", but speed can be set to 1000Mbps. This feature was added from 7.2(3) code. Here is a link for the same-

I was trying this too on my 5510 with security plus license, but it doesn't recognize the "speed 1000" command.

I'm running version 8.0.2.

I obtained this hardware in the end of 2005.

this feature supported from 7.2.3 and 8.0.3

Oh, I didn't realize that!

I thought 8.0.2 had the features of 7.2.3 but that's not true of course.
