Does the v.7 PIX support antispoofing (block IP spoof attacks) like the version 6 (ip verify reverse-path)?
If so please tell how to configure/enable it. Thanks.

Yes, it does support it, and it's configured exactly the same as in 6.3.

Sorry I did take notice that it wasnt supported in transparent firewall (as Im running).
