I need help to raise an RMA on the CISCO TAC. If possible if there are any documents such as SOPs or Knowledge Base, please do share them to me for any future reference as to how i can raise an RMA.

There are two ways (that I know of) to open a TAC Case:
If the issue is a Severity 1, contact Cisco TAC by phone.
IMPORTANT:
If you or the organization you work for has never raised a TAC/RMA case before, I strongly urge you to try. Not everyone can contact Cisco TAC and raise a Case. It is highly dependent on the level of maintenance paid. Sometimes, an organization will need to raise a "case" through their vendors (not Cisco directly).

It was really helpful, but there are lot of options recently have changed i have been in touch with TAC engineer to go for the right options raising an RMA. Anyways i should thank you for your interest in reverting.
