Hi all,
Does anyone know if the Firepower 4100 supports a CLI method of checking tranceiver details? I am trying to determine what model SFP is installed in an interface, but can't find this info for the life of me.
I have tried numerous things as well as Internet searches and haven't figured it out yet. At a minimum I would like to know the type of transceiver, but also the optical info as well if possible.
Here's what I believe I have tried so far:
scope chassis > show inventory
show eth-uplink expand detail
scope eth-uplink > scope fabric a > show interface # # detail
scope eth-uplink > scope fabric a > show port-channel
scope fabric-interconnect a > scope card # > show detail
Thanks!

Just adding this reply in case anybody comes across this thread as a result of a search.
Under "scope fabric-interconnect", use "show inventory expand detail".
That command will return full details of the installed transceiver(s).

Transceiver and other chassis/hardware-related commands can be found in the Firepower eXtensible Operating System (FXOS) Technical FAQ.
