Hi Please see the diagram. The traffic goes from Router1 to the server. The question is that the firewall has only one connection to switch 6500. Is it possible for us to use the one link to allow the firewall work well? If so, can you show an example? Thank you

Doesn't matters how many Physical link you have on Firewall but you have two logical links oe for incoming traffic and one for outgoing trfic

Could you please rephrase your question. Do you want to know if ASA can do U-turning or not ?

Yes it is possible.
We can create two sub interface on one physical interface and then assign them two seperate logical names.
Hence in this way it can be used, one physical connection being used for inbound and outbound traffic both with help of two logical interfaces.
