Hi out there
Been fighting several evenings with trying to upgrade a ASA's IPS SSM10 module which keept failing when trying to either do a automatic upgrade or manuel update from the ASDM - tried a manuel update through the CLI - and got a usefull note from the little module:
Not enough storage space to download package
how can I free some storage here?
best regards /ti

Hi again
yes I have checked this (but the blade has never been used for capturing as far as I know) but no capture files found and the error still exist - I have opened a TAC case on this so I'll post the outcome of this (afrad that they suggest re-image)
best regards /ti

Hi again
Well - don't know if I have a corrupted filesystem or whatever - at last I gave up - didnt come anywhere with the TAC Engineers - upgraded the recovery partition to latest engine - backed up my current config til remote ftp server and did a re-image from the recovery partition and restored the config-. When I then tried to upgrade it keept hanging - set then all tuned signatures to default - upgraded the signature and restored my config once more - now am I more or less through the current upgrade
