My question is very simple, i'm using ASA5520 and my clients are companies and they are connection to an application in my site and i wanna force my clients to only connect using 1 pc

You mean one "PC" or one IP address?

I see that you are running a central site and there are other parties connecting to you, and you want them to connect to your site only using one PC or IP. please clarify whether it is one IP or one PC.

Well the ASA won't really help you here.
You can implement this into your application like some licensing based on the hardware device ID etc. of the connecting client.

You can also try to use 2X SecureRDP for Windows Terminal Services wherein you can accept/deny incoming RDP connections by IP, Mac address, client version etc.
