I would like to upgrade FMC, due to this upgrade I would like to create ticket support on Cisco Portal.
In the portal it requests me provide "Product Seri Number or VLN" Please guide me how can I get these information in my FMC server

Basically FMC is not a device so he don't have serial number. In CLI command to show SN will return None. But you can get support from Cisco with service contract number

If you have a virtual FMC then you will need to either use the Serial Number for the licenses you have installed or you can search for the product by providing your Cisco contract number and browse through your products and then select the FMCv when you find it.
If this is a Physical FMC device you can get the serial number from the ? at the top right of the GUI and then click About. You can also get the serial number using the same method when creating the TAC case, provide the Cisco Contract number, then browse to the device in the list provided.
