I have bad port or cable on my ASA firewall.
So i want to swap the port to rule out port is not the issue.
so if i remove the config on the existing port then NAT and ACL associated with that interface will also be remove or not?
that port is my outside interface just for reference.

Yes, all config referencing the interface name will get removed when the interface name is not there any more. Before doing that change, copy your config to an editor and search through your config to find all occurrences of "outside" and paste these to a different editor. Be aware that the command using the interface could be a subcommand. After reconfiguring the interface, just paste all config back to the ASA.
