In an ASA in transparent mode, It is necesary to configure an IP Addresss into each Bridge-group?

I have a 5585X ASA working in transparent mode, I need to create multiple bridge-groups, is strictly necessary to configure an IP address in all the bridge-groups?

I am running IOS ver 9.2.4.

Yes, each bridge group requires a management IP that is within the same subnet as the connected network for that bridge group.
