How can I assing a MAC address to the outside interface of my PIX 501 so that when the DHCP request is broadcast, my ISP sees my registered MAC address and grants my DHCP lease request?...

thank you

You can't assign a MAC address to the PIX interface, it only uses the burned-in-address.

Why can't you just give your ISP the MAC address that's on the PIX interface? If you od a "sho int" you'll see it there.
