Hi Experts,

After I configured my ASA, I noticed that the internet connection lost after 10 to 15 minutes, and goes back after I did ping in ASA. What would be the problem for this issue? and How can I cure it?

Thanks for all

Mohammad

Hi,

Which device do you have connecting the ISP to the ASA device ?

I think there might be a ARP etc which seems to be related to the Layer 2 probably causing the traffic to be dropped after every 10-15 Mins.

Once , you ping the Gateway , it is regenerated and the traffic starts working fine.

I would say at the time of issue , check the ARP entry on both the ASA device and the device connecting the ISP and see if you are able to see the issue ?

Thanks and Regards,
